Crawlrpad guide

Everything the spider does, explained.

Crawlrpad is an independent interface for pump.fun. It helps you launch coins, follow the market live and check volume before you trust it. This guide explains how each part works — and where its limits are.

Getting started

You need two things: a Solana wallet and a little SOL.

  1. Install a wallet — Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. On a phone, open Crawlrpad inside the wallet's own browser.
  2. Add SOL — enough for what you want to buy plus network fees. Launching a coin needs roughly 0.02 SOL plus any dev buy.
  3. Connect — press Connect wallet in the app. Crawlrpad only receives your public address.
Crawlrpad never asks for your seed phrase or private key. If anything that claims to be Crawlrpad asks for one, it's a scam.

Launching a coin

Open Create, fill in the form and sign once. Behind the scenes four things happen — you'll see each step tick off:

  1. Upload to IPFS. Your image and a small metadata file (name, ticker, description, links) are pinned to IPFS. The coin points at that file forever.
  2. Build the transaction. Crawlrpad asks PumpPortal to prepare pump.fun's create instruction, plus your dev buy if you added one.
  3. Approve in your wallet. Your wallet shows the transaction. A brand-new mint address is generated in your browser and co-signs it — that address becomes your coin's contract address.
  4. Confirm on Solana. Once the network confirms, the coin is live on pump.fun with your wallet as creator.

The dev buy

A dev buy makes you the very first buyer at the lowest price on the curve. It's optional. Big dev buys are visible to everyone and many traders treat them as a warning sign, so keep it modest.

What can't be changed

Name, ticker, image and links are public and permanent once created. Double-check them in the live preview before you sign.

Under the hood

Crawlrpad doesn't run its own token contracts. Every coin launched here is created through pump.fun's on-chain program on Solana — the most widely used bonding-curve launch program, already battle-tested by millions of launches. Crawlrpad is the launchpad experience on top: the create flow, the live board, the crawlr scan and the terminal.

PIECEWHAT RUNS IT
Token creationpump.fun program on Solana. Your wallet is recorded as the creator.
Bonding curvepump.fun's curve (the numbers in the next section).
TransactionsPrepared through PumpPortal's API, then shown and signed in your wallet.
GraduationWhen the curve completes, liquidity migrates to a PumpSwap pool.
MetadataImage and metadata pinned to IPFS (via Pinata).
Market dataLive launches from PumpPortal, pools and charts from GeckoTerminal, pair scans from DexScreener, curve progress straight from the Solana RPC, exchange data for the terminal from OKX.

What this means for you:

  • Coins launched on Crawlrpad are regular pump.fun coins — they also show up on pump.fun itself and any tool that tracks it.
  • The live board shows every launch on that program, not only the ones made through Crawlrpad. My coins lists the ones you launched here.
  • Fees charged by those programs (trading fees, network fees) apply exactly as they would anywhere else.
Crawlrpad is an independent project and is not affiliated with pump.fun, PumpPortal or any of the data providers above.

The bonding curve

Every pump.fun coin starts on a bonding curve — a pricing formula instead of an order book. Price is set by the curve's reserves, so anyone can buy or sell at any time.

VALUEWHAT IT MEANS
30 virtual SOLStarting SOL reserve of the curve (not real money — it sets the opening price).
1.073B virtual tokensStarting token reserve. Price = SOL reserve ÷ token reserve.
793.1M tokens for saleWhen all of these are bought, the curve is complete.
~85 SOL raisedRoughly the real SOL that has flowed into the curve by the end.
~28 → ~411 SOLMarket cap at launch → market cap at graduation (1B supply).

Because reserves multiply to a constant, each buy makes the next one more expensive. Curve progress on Crawlrpad is the share of those 793.1M tokens already sold, read directly from the coin's on-chain bonding-curve account.

Graduation

At 100% the curve is marked complete and its liquidity migrates to a PumpSwap pool. Trading continues there; the coin shows up under Graduated on the board.

Trading

Each coin page has a Buy / Sell box. Enter SOL to spend, or the percentage of your tokens to sell, and press the button. Your wallet shows the transaction before anything happens.

  • Slippage — the most the price may move against you before the trade cancels. Fast-moving coins need more; 10% is the default.
  • Priority fee — a small tip that helps your transaction land when the network is busy.
  • Trades route automatically to the bonding curve or, after graduation, to the PumpSwap pool.
Memecoins can drop 90% in minutes. Never trade money you can't afford to lose.

Fees

WHENWHAT YOU PAY
Launching a coin~0.02 SOL network rent & fees, plus a 0.03 SOL Crawlrpad fee, plus your dev buy (if any).
Buying or sellingA 0.15% Crawlrpad fee on the SOL amount, on top of the underlying trading fees and network fees.
Burning tokensOnly the network fee. Crawlrpad charges nothing.

Crawlrpad's fee is added as a separate, visible transfer inside the same transaction, so it only happens if your launch or trade goes through. It's itemised in the cost summary and shown in your wallet before you approve.

Fees go to the Crawlrpad treasury and are used to buy back and burn tokens — burns are permanent and can be checked by anyone on Solscan.

Crawlr scan

Wash trading is when someone trades with themselves to make a coin look busier than it is. The crawlr reads every public DEX pair of a token and adds up the patterns wash bots tend to leave:

SIGNALRULE · WEIGHT
Turnover24h volume above 10× liquidity · +18 (above 25× · +35)
Identical fillsaverage trade size varies less than 8% across 5m / 1h / 6h / 24h · +20
Flat price, heavy volume24h price change under 1% with turnover above 8× · +20
5-minute spikecurrent pace more than 6× the 24h average · +15
Mirrored flowbuys and sells within 1% of each other over 500+ trades · +10
Fresh pairmain pair younger than 24 hours · +10
Thin liquidityunder $50K · +10

Under 25 reads organic, 25–44 mixed, 45 and above possible wash trading.

These are transparent heuristics, not proof. Big, healthy markets can trip a rule, and clever wash trading can avoid all of them. A score is a reason to look closer — never a buy or sell signal.

The terminal

The terminal is a live desk for SOL and PUMP using public exchange data: candles (1s, 5s, 1m) built from every trade, the order book and the tape.

The spider runs a loop between eight agents. For each one it walks to the source panel, reads it, carries the result to the agent's card and every few jobs files a report with the chief:

AGENTWHAT IT CHECKS
TAPEbuy vs sell flow and trades per minute over the last 60s
BOOKbid/ask imbalance in the top 20 levels, spread and the largest wall
FILLSaverage trade size and how uniform sizes are
VOLper-minute volatility and the 2-minute move
WASH · CRAWLRthe DEX scan above, plus pair count and liquidity
RISKa combined read of the others

Whale prints interrupt the loop: the spider hurries to the tape and tags the trade on the chart.

Safety & risks

  • Non-custodial. Every transaction is signed in your wallet. Crawlrpad's server never holds keys or funds.
  • No auto-trading. The spider reads and reports; it never trades.
  • Data can be wrong. Market data comes from public APIs that can lag, rate-limit or make mistakes.
  • Scams exist. Anyone can launch any coin, including fakes of famous names. Check the mint address, not just the ticker.
  • Not affiliated. Crawlrpad is independent and not affiliated with pump.fun.
Nothing on Crawlrpad is financial advice. Most memecoins lose almost all their value.

Run your own

Crawlrpad runs as one small Node server with no dependencies. It serves the site and keeps two secrets off the browser: your IPFS key and your RPC URL.

cp .env.example .env
# PINATA_JWT=… required to upload coin images + metadata
# RPC_URL=… a paid Solana RPC (Helius, Triton, QuickNode)
npm start # or: node server.mjs
# → http://localhost:4173

The server only forwards the Solana RPC methods the app needs, caches market data for all visitors, and only fetches token metadata from public HTTPS hosts.
